Facilities for the experimental waste disposal: In order to improve the disposal of experimental waste, including waste liquids, organic compounds and exhaust gases, the Ministry of Education organized a special project to build an experimental waste water processing station, an experimental waste liquid storage tank, and ten exhaust gas clean facilities in our campus. Meanwhile, the experimental tables in our laboratories have also been renewed to correspond to the national standard. And all the gas and waste water exhausted by our department have been qualified for the national standard.

In addition, the department provides varied sophisticated instruments and research computing
resources that are accessible by our graduate students. These instruments include:

  • Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer
  • Gas chromatography spectrometers
  • High Performance Liquid Chromatography Spectrometers
  • Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometers
  • UV/VIS Spectrophotometers
  • Ion Exchange Chromatography Spectrometers
  • Gel Permeation Chromatography Spectrometers
  • Atomic Absorption Spectrometers
  • Fluorescence Spectrometers
  • RO/Ion Exchange Minipore Water-Treatment System
  • Capillary Electrochromatographers
  • Supercritical Fluid Extraction Chromatography Spectrometers
  • Differential Scanning Calorimeter
